Atwood Lions Club Drag Racing

RULES AND WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY

This is only for fun!!!  No one under the age of 21 years will be allowed to race and no one under the age of 16 years will be allowed to ride in the vehicle while racing.  No motorcycles will be permitted in the drag races.  Vehicles must be registered by noon, unloaded and shown in the downtown show.  Absolutely no alcohol permitted in vehicle or on drag strip!

In consideration of the acceptance of this waiver, I agree to observe the rules and decisions of the management of this event and do hereby, for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights for loss or claims of damage which may be sustained during this event against the Atwood Lions, Atwood ambassadors, Atwood Chamber of Commerce, the City of Atwood, the Airport Board, their agents, representatives, successors, and anyone else associated with this event.  The laws which pertain to the use of alcohol and drug use while driving a vehicle will be enforced by the Rawlins County sheriff and the Atwood city police departments.  By signing this waiver and having an orange sticker placed on your window card by the Atwood Ambassadors will allow you to participate in this event.  Official Waiver (please download and print official waiver pdf file and mail in with registration form, registration payment and shirt/hat orders)
